ACME, Flat Face & John Perry Connections

As a pivotal component in the hygienic processing of food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other products, selecting the right sanitary fitting connection type is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

ACME Bevel Seat & Flat Face

ACME Bevel seat fittings provide a secure, leak-tight connection using external Acme threads. Designed to work with a metal-to-metal seat, a bevel seat gasket may be used for additional security.

ACME Flat Face fittings are similar, but the face of the ferrule has a flat vs. bevelled connection.

John Perry Fittings

John Perry connection uses a flat face male (15WFF) and a special john perry plain (14WJP) ferrule, combined with a regular ACME nut (A13H).

John Perry fittings, while uncommon, are popular in the large-scale brewing industries.
